CHRISTIAN EDUCATORS鈥 TRAINING 2025

Formerly known as our 鈥淪ummer Training,鈥 the Christian Educators鈥 Training (CET) is designed to equip, refresh, and inspire all A.C.E. School of Tomorrow庐 Learning Center personnel in the proper implementation of the system. It is our desire to accomplish the following for each participant through PACE work, lectures, and interactive activities:

EMPOWER 鈥 Gain essential tools and strategies to enhance technique in fulfilling supervisory responsibilities.

ENCOURAGE 鈥 Be motivated to serve Christ with excellence in the Learning Center.

ENGAGE 鈥 Connect with others to learn valuable insights and be inspired to prepare for the upcoming school year.

ENLIGHTEN 鈥 Explore the various services and products offered by the A.C.E. School of Tomorrow庐 System in our shared mission of Christian education.

As co-laborers in Christ, our goal is to help you expand your expertise and influence beyond the Learning Center. Plan to attend Christian Educators鈥 Training 2025 and be equipped for greater impact!

QUALIFIED PARTICIPANT

The primary beneficiaries of the CET are Learning Center staff鈥搒upervisors and monitors鈥of schools in the Philippines that are using the A.C.E. School of Tomorrow庐 system. The training may also be extended to any administration staff who would like to participate.

GOAL

The Christian Educators鈥 Training (CET) is one of the signature trainings of 色导航 (SOT庐P), which aims to equip the teaching and/or administrative staff of schools registered with SOT庐P with the appropriate knowledge and skills necessary for implementing the A.C.E.-SOT庐 system efficiently and effectively.

OBJECTIVES

Trainees are expected to achieve the following:

鈥 Articulate and demonstrate understanding of the philosophy of individualized Christian education.

鈥 Exhibit mastery of the Learning Center procedures.

鈥 Be able to apply proper diagnosis and prescription for Elementary and High School students.

鈥 Preschool and ABCs staff Trainees will Demonstrate familiarity with the lessons and sequence of the Preschool and ABCs Programs.

Note: While the SOT庐P Forms, Demo Teaching, and Group Discussion activities are formative assessments, the Training Supervisors and Monitors will still document active participation of the trainees and will include significant findings in their recommendations.

DRESSCODE REQUIREMENTS

The manner of appearance and dress of the training participants should reflect an
image of Christian modesty, refinement, and self-discipline. All trainees are to dress
according to the guidelines while attending the training.


MEN

Must have a neat, trim, conservative haircut. The hair is to be tapered or blocked and is to be off the collar. It is to be above the ears, with sideburns no longer than the middle of the ears.

鈥 May wear neatly trimmed mustaches and/or beards.

鈥 May wear button shirts w/ or w/o tie; polo barong; or long conservative trousers.

鈥 Should wear socks.

鈥 T-shirts without collars, denim pants, sandals, and tennis/athletic shoes are strictly prohibited.

LADIES

鈥 Makeup and jewelry should be conservative and minimal.

鈥 May wear dresses or skirts no shorter than the bottom of the knee. Slits must be no higher than the bottom of the knee.

鈥 May wear dresses and blouses that come to the neckline in front (to the clavicle
bone) and back (to the bottom of the neck); no see-through material.

鈥 Tight, form-fitting attire and fad extremes are inappropriate and are not allowed.
Pants, culottes, square pants, and denim skirts are likewise unacceptable.

鈥 Sleeveless blouses and T-shirts without collars are not allowed.

鈥 Closed shoes for footwear are required. Sandals, open-toed shoes, or slip-on
footwear are not allowed.

COMPANY PROFILE

色导航 (鈥淪OT庐P鈥), formerly known as Accelerated Christian Education (鈥淎.C.E.庐鈥) Philippines, is a division of Pacific Rim Educational Foundation (鈥淧REF鈥), Inc. It has offered professional expertise in curriculum, in-service training, and extracurricular activities for Christian schools in the Philippines for over forty (40) years.

SOT庐 is a system that focuses on character-building through its Biblical, values-based, and individualized learning method wherein academic excellence and leadership qualities are developed. By using the SOT庐 system, students don鈥檛 just get by鈥攖hey get ahead!

Leadership training for Christian educators in the distinctives of the SOT庐 system is also provided. In addition, educators are updated annually through seminars, trainings, conventions, and conferences. These activities focus on wisdom, which is the chief distinctive of the curriculum.

SOT庐 is a primary and secondary academic system that combines the traditional one-room school, called the Learning Center, with complete individualized, diagnostically prescribed learning.

SOT庐P is the sole entity authorized by A.C.E.庐, also known as ACE School of Tomorrow庐, for the operation, management, and servicing of its educational program, as well as the production, distribution, and circulation of its educational materials in the Philippines and Cambodia.
